Conducted over a dozen IDIs with Shedd staff, donors, and scientists. Produced a tailored media list, Key Messages document, executive positioning schedule, and landscape analysis to elevate Shedd’s brand.
Results
Shedd has reactivated and expanded its donor base and begun collaborations with local institutions to elevate its brand among key South Florida audiences.
